Moonlight Melodies, LLC is family and veteran owned and operated.  My wife, Lisa, and I started Moonlight Melodies DJ service, based out of Hudson, South Dakota, back in January 2007.  We saw a need for quality entertainment after attending quite a few weddings and parties where the DJ simply was either not qualified or just didn’t care.  I still remember the disappointed faces of the newlyweds and their guests.  They all deserved better than what they were getting.  

All of us at Moonlight Melodies bring a level of energy and excitement that brings the party to life.  We care about what you want and deliver the quality entertainment you deserve.  When we are entertaining, we see how happy the guests are, shaking it up on the dance floor.  That, my friends, is what it’s all about.

Photo Booth and Up Lighting

Moonlight Melodies is proud to offer the very best in a photo booth!  Guests are able to take home a print of their best poses right there on the spot.  We also print an extra strip to be placed in your very own scrapbook you take with you at the end of the evening where your guests can leave you a personal note.

 Up Lighting is an absolutely wonderful way to convert a simple room into an elegant reception.  Lights with your favorite color wash over the walls creating a beautiful backdrop. 

A Gobo is a fantastic addition to your up lighting.  Your initials or names can be projected onto the dance floor or on the wall.

Moonlight Melodies orchestrates your celebration by providing MC services and coordinates with all of your vendors including the caterer, venue, and photographer to make sure everyone is ready for all of the special events throughout the evening.
